Sign in with Apple or Google

How social sign-in works, hidden Apple emails, and linking it to an existing email account.

Social sign-in asks Apple or Google to confirm who you are and hands us your email address (or, with Apple's Hide My Email, a private relay address). We match it to your account, or create one.

Linking to an existing account#

If you already have an email-and-password account with the same address, Continue with Google signs you into it directly. For Apple with a hidden email, sign in with your password first, then add Apple from Settings → Account → Linked sign-ins.

Inside the apps#

Sign-in opens in a secure system sheet and returns to the app automatically. If it seems to open your browser and stop, go back to the app - the session is already there.

Common questions#

I used Hide My Email and now can't remember which account.

Email us from the Apple ID's real address with the approximate sign-up date and we'll find it.

Can I remove Google from my account?

Yes, as long as you have another way to sign in (password or Apple).
