Forgotten it#
- Go to tutorio.app/forgot (or Forgot password? on the sign-in screen).
- Enter the email address on the account. We send a reset link that works for one hour.
- Open the link on any device and choose a new password.
Know it, want to change it#
Settings → Account → Change password. You'll need the current one. Changing it signs out every other device.
Signed up with Apple or Google?#
There's no Tutorio password to reset. Use Continue with Apple or Continue with Google on the sign-in screen. If you'd like a password as well, add one from Settings → Account.
Usernames managed by a tutor#
If your tutor created your account, they can reset the password from your profile in their workspace.
After repeated wrong passwords the account locks for a short while. Wait, or use the reset link - a successful reset clears the lock. Admins can also unlock an account if you email us from the address on it.
Common questions#
The reset email hasn't arrived.
Check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you typed the address on the account (it's not shown for privacy). Still nothing after ten minutes? Email us and we'll check the address.
The link says it's expired.
Links last an hour and work once. Request a new one.
