Emails from Tutorio aren't arriving

Reset links, invites and support replies: spam folders, school filters and how to allow-list us.

  • Check spam, promotions and quarantine folders.
  • Our mail comes from [email protected] (automatic) and [email protected] (people). Add both to your contacts or safe-sender list.
  • School and corporate filters sometimes hold mail with links. Ask IT to allow the tutorio.app domain.
  • Apple Hide My Email relays deliver a little slower; give it a few minutes.

If a reset link still hasn't arrived after ten minutes, contact us with the address and we'll check the delivery log on our side.
