  1. Pull to refresh (or reload the page). Cards are fetched one ahead; a dropped connection mid-session shows as a spinner on the next card.
  2. Check the connection - practice needs the internet to mark answers.
  3. Leave the lesson and reopen it. Your progress through the deck is saved on the server; you'll return to where you were.
  4. Sign out and in if every lesson fails on this device.
  5. Try another browser or the app to tell a device problem from an account one.

'This session has expired'#

A practice page left open for a long time (overnight, say) loses its session so scores can't be tampered with. Start the lesson again - it takes a minute and your best score is kept.

Maths looks like raw code#

If you see \(x^2\) rather than a formula, the maths renderer didn't load - usually a network blip. Reload the page.

Drag and drop won't drag#

On touch screens, press and hold the item for a moment before moving it; a quick swipe scrolls instead. On desktop, make sure the browser is up to date.
