Reporting a problem (and what to include)

The fastest way to get a fix: what to send, where, and what happens to your ticket.

Use the contact form or email [email protected]. Either opens a ticket; you get a receipt with a number, a real person replies (usually within a working day), and you can answer by email or on the ticket page.

A ticket page: your message, our reply, and the status at the top.

What helps most#

  • What you expected and what happened - one sentence each.
  • Where - the course and lesson, or the page URL.
  • When - roughly, with your time zone.
  • Device - phone model, OS version and app version (Settings → About).
  • A screenshot - attach it to the email, or describe it.

What happens next#

  1. The ticket lands in the support inbox and is tagged by topic.
  2. Someone replies with a fix, a question or a workaround. If it's a bug, it's logged with engineering and the ticket stays open until the fix ships.
  3. When it's sorted the ticket is marked solved. Reply any time to reopen it.
Check the status page first

If practice won't load for anyone, we'll say so on the status strip at the top of the Help Centre before you need to write.
