Studio is billed per seat. Each seat is one tutor in the organisation's workspace; the organisation owner buys seats and assigns them by inviting tutors.
- Subscribe to Studio from the plan picker (web recommended for organisations - card or invoice).
- Open Organisation → Team and invite tutors by email. Each accepted invite uses a seat.
- Add seats any time; they're prorated. Remove a tutor to free a seat for someone else.
Invoicing#
Schools and larger companies can pay by invoice on annual terms. Email us with the organisation name and seat count and we'll set it up.
Common questions#
Can a tutor be in two organisations?
No - one organisation per account. They can leave one and join another.
What happens to a departing tutor's courses?
Courses they shared stay with the organisation. Private courses go with them.
