On the Studio plan, every tutor in the organisation sees the organisation's courses under Courses → Shared. Colleagues can attach a shared course to their own classes and teach it live; editing is for the owner and organisation admins.
- Make a course private again from its settings.
- Library uploads are shared the same way.
- Student data is not shared by default: each tutor sees their own classes, and org admins see the team dashboard.
