Spotlight search and links that open the app

Find your courses from iPhone Spotlight, and why tutorio.app links open the app instead of Safari.

The iOS app indexes your courses and lessons in Spotlight, so pulling down on the home screen and typing 'photosynthesis' can open the lesson directly. The index is cleared when you sign out.

Links to tutorio.app (join links, invites, QR codes) open the app when it's installed, and the website otherwise. If a link insists on Safari, long-press it and choose Open in Tutorio.
