An organisation is a Studio workspace shared by several tutors. It has an owner (who pays), admins (who can see everything) and tutors (who see their own classes plus shared courses).
- Subscribe to Studio - the first account becomes the owner.
- Name the organisation under Organisation → Settings and add a logo; it appears on offer documents and reports.
- Invite tutors by email. They accept, take a seat and appear on the team page.
- Share courses from any course's settings, or mark new builds as shared by default.
Roles#
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and transferring ownership |
| Admin | See every class and student, edit shared courses, manage the team |
| Tutor | Their own classes, the shared library, their private courses |
