Content that's wrong or inappropriate#

Every card has a flag. Pick a reason (wrong answer, unclear, inappropriate, other) and add a note. The course's tutor and our team both see it; wrong answers are usually fixed the same day and hearts are refunded.

A person#

Use the flag on a profile or leaderboard entry, or email us. We look at every report within one working day and can hide a nickname or avatar immediately.

Safeguarding#

If you're worried about a child's safety, email us with 'Safeguarding' in the subject and we'll treat it as urgent under our Safeguarding policy. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first.
